We are opening in stages to ensure everything is perfect and we appreciate your patience as we ramp up; once the summer concludes, we will be expanding our hours and menu, and finally firing up our Chiba based offset smoker.

Our small kitchen pulls double duty as the production hub for all our business ventures. Right now, we are gearing up for the Fuji Rock Festival, where we will be preparing and serving over 3,000 meals over four days in Niigata!
Because our entire team is needed to set up and operate our festival booth, the diner will be temporarily closed this July.
